Monday = Before & After Photos!

Given my love of Mid Century Modern, I'm thrilled  that
this dresser was so beautifully rescued from the trash heap.

The scroll work of this darling little occasional
table is highlighted with a new paint treatment.

The addition of the center shelf makes this mini-roll top desk
even more functional.  If it were mine, I'd put it in the kitchen
and use it as a bread box.

This faded beauty was in desperate need of a loving, skilled touch:

I love the combination of natural wood and paint, don't you?

The Lowells, of Durham, NC, are a 4th generation family who devote
their talents to restoring, refinishing, and resurrecting antique furniture
to its former glory.  Beautiful job!

Do you have chairs that need upholstering but you don't
want to inve$t that much money?  Slipcover 'em!

A subtle change can completely change a room.

This darling nursery makeover is amazing, isn't it?

Other than the toil and sweat that went into making them awesome,
do you know what these next chair re-dos have in common?
Well, they're common - commonly found in thrift shops, at yard
sales and at flea markets - and usually at affordable prices.
